Tasty Gluten-Free Pizza in Calgary

When Tom’s decided to add a Gluten-Free crust, we spent an entire year sampling various crusts to ensure a quality crust that would perform consistently and approximate our own house-made thin-crust, and allow gluten-intolerant and Celiac customers to enjoy Tom’s once again.

Our Gluten-Free crust is a 10” pizza crust that is prepared with all our regular toppings. The pricing is the same as the equivalent 12” pizza. All of Tom’s toppings are free of any wheat, barley or rye, so you know that when you enjoy a Gluten-Free pizza from Tom’s, you can be confident that your meal was prepared with safe ingredients. And while our small open kitchens do not allow us to prepare your gluten-free pizza in isolation from our regular crusts, you can rest assured that our staff takes all the necessary precautions to ensure the risk of cross-contamination is minimal. Despite our best efforts, however, we do not have 100% wheat-free kitchens, and there is a slight possibility that your gluten-free crust may be exposed to flour. If you are extremely sensitive to gluten, this product might not be suitable for you.
